Job description

MARKQUEN is an international group of companies specialized in the production of high-end P.O.P. Materials and In-store marketing. The head office of the group is located in Lviv (Ukraine), and a subsidiary office in Bratislava (Slovakia).

The goal of our company is to become the leader of its industry in the European market by 2027, so we are looking for the BEST (!) SALES MANAGER TO SALE IN EUROPE.



  • SELLER by nature and vocation. Understands the complexity of B2B sales, but always shows maximum enthusiasm for the process
  • Young and extremely active, a “charger” for the others. He communicates with clients and partners 24/7 and enjoys it.
  • Always sets the highest goals: to sell more, to attract more customers, to make more products.
  • Never not afraid of difficulties, even when he does not know how to complete the task
  • Has a desire to communicate with strangers, and has no problem with going on business trips to Ukraine and Europe
  • Has a tameless desire to grow professionally
  • An essential goal for him is to become a top sales manager and head of sales.
  • Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate B2 and above).


The duties of the BEST (!) SALES MANAGER IN EUROPE will include:

  • Managing international clients of a live client base (meetings, coordinating delivery times and volumes, signing delivery contracts, providing professional technical support)
  • Search for contact details of potential European customers
  • Negotiating with European clients (Germany, France, Italy, Great Britain, Norway companies)
  • Control production and goods delivery to the client
  • Organization of logistics in Europe
  • Making reports
  • Export accompaniment and coordination of customs clearance
  • Сontrol of receivable аccounts
  • Solving problematic issues


Working conditions:

  • Salary – rate from UAH 15,000 to UAH 100,000 and system of bonuses from sales (%). If you are a TOP sales manager, your income will be higher than UAH 100,000 / month !!!
